Welcome to Motorscene. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website, SMS alerts, email updates, or participating in our events and promotions.

1. Subscription Services

Motorscene is a car event alert service operated by Logan Sarosi. We offer a paid subscription providing recurring SMS and email updates featuring car meets, rallies, shows, discounts, and exclusive giveaways.

  • Subscription Price: $5 per month (billed monthly)

  • Your subscription auto-renews each month unless canceled.

2. SMS & Email Communications

By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages and emails from Motorscene. These may include:

  • Event announcements

  • Ticket or registration links

  • Promotional deals

  • Monthly giveaway notices

Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency: 1–3 messages per week (maximum).
To unsubscribe at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email us directly.

Motorscene is not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.

Additionally, by typing YES during the signup process, you agree to receive SMS and MMS event alerts sent via an autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You also agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Motorscene may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing, but not limited to, important information, updates, deals, and specials.

  • You will receive up to 1–3 messages per week (maximum).

  • You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to 484-296-5557. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

United States participating carriers include:
AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account information with us to reflect this change.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, as well as other information you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request.

By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused time.
Cancellations can be made through your original payment link or by contacting us at motorscenehq@gmail.com.

5. Giveaways & Discounts

Active subscribers are automatically entered into our monthly giveaways, which may include items or services provided by local automotive shops and sponsors. Motorscene may also send exclusive discount offers from participating businesses as part of your subscription.

  • Winners will be contacted via SMS or email.

  • Motorscene reserves the right to change or substitute giveaway prizes or partner offers at any time without notice.

  • Giveaways and discounts are not sponsored or endorsed by any third parties unless clearly stated.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use Motorscene only for legal, respectful, and non-abusive purposes.
You may not use the service to:

  • Harass or threaten others

  • Distribute spam, scams, or malicious content

  • Disrupt the functionality of our services

Violations may result in cancellation of your subscription without refund.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information (name, email, phone number) is used only for Motorscene-related communications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Business Transfer

If Motorscene is sold or merged with another company, your subscription and personal data may be transferred to the new owner as part of the transition.

9. Changes to Terms

Motorscene may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
